Electric Heating Film

Zhonghui electric film heating system is a hi-tech product developed with modern sophisticated aerospace technology. It combines good qualities of imported product and the price advantages of domestic product, gets over the shortcomings of weak applicability and instable performance. In technological cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, it is one of the minor products in the world that are of sophisticated technology, international advanced level and independent intellectual property right. This product is a resistance-typed heating element that is composed of two insulating polyester films( on the first film, conductive heating circuit is printed with special conductive ink), then the films is sealed with a waterproof and voltage-withstanding insulating covering though the method of heat pressing. The electric heating film is connected with the connecting card and lead, and then connected to the power though the thermostat. The film, heat-preserving spun glass and plasterboard together make up the low-temperature radiation heating system. Using electric power as energy and taking the film as heating unit, this system equably supplies heat from the floor to the indoor space above. In this way, the temperature of the floor is even, and the room temperature decreases in ascending order giving a great comfort. This product has many merits such as convenient installation, short construction period, not taking up floorage, controllable temperature, and it can be controlled separately in terms of rooms and measured separately in terms of households. This kind of heating system has application in North America and north Europe for 20 years, was introduced into our country in the 1990s and applied in northeast China, north China, northwest China and Inner Mongolia. At home, it is a new type of heating method with the merits of energy-saving, convenience, comfort and etc.
Operating Principle
The system supplies heat in ascending order to the room with operation temperature no higher than 85≧. Its more even temperature distribution, compared with traditional radiator, has decreased other cold radiation, and so makes a thermal environment suitable to human body and gives a comfort feeling.
At present, the electric film heating system has been identified by relative state administration as one the hi-tech construction materials for promotion. It is now facing three historic opportunities: first, modernization of housing industry; second, energy-saving requirement for construction; third, the increasing great importance attached to the ecological environment. At present, people call more and more for better ecological and residential environment, which provides a broad market to the electric film heating system.
